What makes it different

The search runs on the phone. Three passes — a perceptual hash, Vision's FeaturePrint and a library-wide search over those vectors — with PhotoKit, Vision and Core Image. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no server. The app works in airplane mode.
It is honest about the space it frees. A video can keep a 1080p copy instead of disappearing. On a library synced with iCloud Photos, the app shows how much of the freed space actually sat on the iPhone rather than adding two numbers that overlap.
No scare screens. No invented junk counters, no red storage bars, no permission asked before it is explained. The app opens on the user's own photographs.
