These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Keepick iOS application ("the app"), developed by Vladimir Lobanov. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these Terms are silent.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keepick on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Keepick suggests photos to delete; you make the final decision. Photos you delete are moved to the system "Recently Deleted" album, where iOS normally keeps them for about 30 days before permanent removal. Please review your trash before confirming deletion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for photos or videos you choose to delete.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its photo analysis will find every duplicate or always pick the shot you would have picked.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data (including photos or videos), arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this address with its effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
